Sometimes things just don’t work out, and that’s okay…
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only.
However, keep in mind that we won't accept returns for the following:
- Clothes that have been worn, washed, damaged or marked in anyway.
- Clothes that have deodorant or perfume smell or make up and fake tan marks.
- Clothes without their tags attached.
- Clothes without a return authorisation number (RA).
Before you send your item back, you must request a return authorisation (RA) number by emailing email@example.com. Make sure you include your order number and the reason for returning/exchanging your item in the email so we can help speed up the process.
We process all returns within five days of receiving your items. We will send you an email with the details of your processed return. Please note that we have the right to refuse a return or exchange if a returned item does not meet the above conditions (also outlined in our terms and conditions). In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
You will need to cover the shipping cost of your return to get back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as do not take responsibility for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
Due to Auston Fox currently having limited stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size or style in stock to exchange. If an exchange request occurs and we do not have the size in stock, we will automatically issue you a full store credit.
Once we have processed your return in exchange for a credit note we will email you and let you know that your return has been processed and a gift card issued. Store credits via gift card can be used to make a future purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Please note that Auston Fox does not offer refunds for change of mind or if an item does not fit. Refunds can only be provided if an item is incorrect or faulty. If you received the wrong item or believe that it is faulty please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please keep in mind; vintage clothing, means that the majority of these pieces are in second hand condition. We aim to inform you of any distinct product faults (such as holes or marks) in our product descriptions, however it is safe to assume that most vintage pieces will contain some signs of general wash and wear.
